3. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Measurement
When you visit our store, actions such as page views, product views, adding to cart, starting checkout and completing an order are reported to Meta so that we can measure the performance of our advertising. Reporting happens both from your browser (Meta pixel) and from our server (Conversions API); the two are matched so that the same action is not counted twice.
If you are signed in, your e-mail address, phone number and customer number are included in this report only as an irreversible cryptographic hash (SHA-256). Your e-mail address and phone number are never sent to Meta in readable form. Meta uses these hashes solely to determine whether the action belongs to one of its own users.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes this data on servers located outside Türkiye. You may object to this processing at any time by writing to us using the contact details below, and you can manage Meta's own advertising settings from your Facebook or Instagram account.
4. Session Recording
To understand how our website is used and to detect faults, we record page interactions (clicks, scrolling, form interaction and errors) during your visit and can replay them anonymously. Form fields are masked in your browser before anything is sent:card numbers, passwords, e-mail addresses and phone numbers never leave your device as readable text, and the payment page's card frame is not recorded at all. Recordings are stored on our own server for a short period (seven days by default) and are deleted automatically. This recording is not used for advertising or profiling.
5. How Can You Manage Cookies?
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. However, if you disable strictly necessary cookies, core functions such as sign-in, cart and ordering may not work. Cookie management options in common browsers can be found under "Settings → Privacy and Security".

To the extent that data collected through cookies constitutes personal data, it is processed under our Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
